This year’s business sessions began with a little musical razzle dazzle by entrepreneur, Robin Crow of Dark Horse Recording in Nashville, Tenn., but his message -- about leadership and its role in reinventing a business in the light of changing times -- was serious stuff. SAF puts a lot of effort into finding knowledgeable speakers who can provide relevant, immediately-actionable information. Most are floral industry experts or members with important ideas to share. Others come from related fields to share expertise in critical areas such as marketing, public relations, business technology and finance.  The intimate nature of the convention allows attendees to get to know the speakers, ask questions and exchange ideas.
