Floral Businesses Rode Out Pacific Northwest Storm |

Wholesaler Washington Floral in Tacoma, Wash., cancelled many of its
deliveries on the morning of Friday, December 15 after a monster storm
downed trees and flooded roads the night before. Drivers came in on
Saturday to try to make deliveries."We wanted to service people, but
keep my drivers safe," says company vice president, Mark Berglund.
The storm packed 90 mile-per-hour winds in some areas and
dropped nearly 3 inches of record-breaking rain.
