Hoping to capitalize on the nation's obsession with coffee, the owner of Flowers by Josie, a flower shop in Grayling, Mich., recently added a coffee bar to the shop. In addition to offering customers lattes and cappucinos, owner Ernie Dawson also offers fresh-baked muffins and Michigan-made chocolates.
