The United States Department of Agriculture released $74.5 million in emergency funding to continue efforts in California to stop the spread of the light brown apple moth (LBAM). The funding was largely a result of strong support from the State of California and from agricultural groups including SAF, California Cut Flower Commission, Western Growers and California's floriculture and nursery, fruit, vegetable and grape growers.
