During visits to hundreds of floral shops every year, Huckabee identifies common best practices that consistently generate bigger sales and increase customer satisfaction. That’s the practical, hands-on advice he shares with florists through webinars, live presentations, the CSI Flower Shop column in Floral Management and customized in-store training.

David Mitchell, AAF, knows Mehl means the comment to be taken literally. He put Huckabee’s training to work at Mitchell’s Flowers in Orland Park, Ill., and almost immediately took a $150 order. Had his team not applied Huckabee’s approach, he said, the sale would have been less than half that amount.
